Orsy Mobil Case Study- Sanitation van

We were contacted by one of our clients to bespoke design a sanitation van. Specialist commercial waste service provider's, they had a need to have the capability to quarantine the van into two sections. One section to store all the waste in transit, the other to be racked out with Orsy Mobil van racking which would stock all the new supply items,  which are replenished during there visits to their customer's.

The design was planned using our state of the art CAD design system and the following paragraghs explain the process of fitment and installation which we undertake with our client's vehicle fleet.

Stage One: We install a Flettner 2000 roof vent to the rear roof section of the van. A ply-liner kit is installed after firstly painting each area with our standard grey finish. We then install two bulkheads which form the walls for the quarantine area. A floor drain is installed in the rear floor area enabling our client to power wash the cubicle and drain the waste water into an interceptor unit.

Stage Two: We assemble the Orsy Mobil van racking units and install them into the mid section of the van. Access to the units can be gained via the  nearside sliding door. There is also sufficient space to allow our customer to store some step ladders near to the forward bulkhead. Retaining straps are provided to enable these to be secure in transit.

Stage Three: Lastly, we coat the inside of the cubicle with a specialist water proof paint to protect the storage area when being cleaned and to ensure the appearance can be maintained.
